The D.C. bill referrs to the money appropriated to run the District of Columbia.  This newspaper also carries other international, national, local news and advertising.  PAGES: 8 (1 ,2, 3, 4 and 9, 10, 11, 12), MEASUREMENTS:  21 1/2" X 17", CONDITION:  There is some browning and brittleness to the newsprint.  There is also slight damage the the newspaper edges in the margin area as well as a 1" tear on the center fold line starting from the right edge.  COPIES:  1
