Abstract/Description:
|
This artifact is round, watercolor art depicting a Scenic View from the Hills. This was done by Mr. Howard Mullins, the art teacher at Corona Sr. High School in the 1930's and 1940's. The series of six pictures, depicting various Corona-Norco scenes, were possibly used during the Golden Jubilee in 1936. Each watercolor was done on linen and then sewn to a round metal hoop. |
