Envelope for Porcelain Enamel - Paper

This artifact is an opened envelope for a sample of Porcelain Enamel, Shade 5.  The text on the face of the envelope is incomplete as the torn end is missing.  This product came from a dental supply company in New York, NY. Donor's Remarks:  This equipment belonged to R. A. Todd, D.D.S., who had dental rooms in the Burton Building in 1905.  Dr. Todd was listed in the 1911 city directory as practicing in the Todd Building.
