This artifact is a plastic/cloth hand fan. The black plastic has a stamped gold design on it with a painted floral design on the fabric portion of the fan. MEASUREMENTS: Length (closed) 9' When open, the fan measures 17 1/4" across the bottom. CONDITION: Very good. - INFORMATIONAL NOTE: Gotsu, Japan is Corona's Sister City.
