This artifact is a rubber stamp used to print a Non-Profit postage stamp on items to be mailed. The stamps text reads as follows: "NON-PROFIT ORG - U.S. POSTAGE - PAID - Corona, CA - Permit No. 124." It was used by the Committee for the Expansion of the Corona Public Library. A separate ink pad came with the ink stamp.
