This artifact is a National Defense Medal (Vietnam) and Ribbon. The face of the medallion on the medal depicts a American Eagle and the text: "National Defense." The ribbon is red with a center gold stripe with three pin stripes in red, dark blue and white. The medal and ribbon is in a 3 1/2"" inch square, black, cardboard box. This medal and ribbon are part of the Chris Harvey Eagle Scout Project: Heroes Of Our Community - Corona, California - 2007. MEASUREMENTS: Ribbon: 3/8" x 1 1/2", Medal: 2 3/4" x 1 1/2". - CONDITION: Excellent.
