Reverend Barlow married the couple at Riverside's Fox Theater, the theater had a Leap Year promo contest asking for engaged couples to enter who would be willing to be married on stage at the theater February 29, 1948. The bride would be provided a dress and veil and flowers. The cake and reception and professional photographs would also be provided free to the winner. | |
