This BW photograph appeared in the May 26, 1924, edition of The Independent. Miss Corona in 1924 was Miss Leila Brown and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Brown of 111 E. Kendall. Miss Brown worked in the office of the Justice of the Peace, H. K. Stahl. Faye Lanphier, Miss Alameda, went on to become Miss America in 1925. - MEASUREMENTS: 7" x 14" - CONDITION: Very good. This photograph is kept in a Mylar sleeve. - COPIES: 1. |
