Citrus Paper Wrap Holder - Wood/Leather/Metal

This artifact was used to hold citrus paper wrappers, tools, name tags, etc. at the work station of the citrus packer.  The holder fit into the top of the citrus packing box.  This homemade device consists of a wooden frame with a leather inset, and metal fasteners. This artifact measures 40 cm in length by 36 cm in width. DONOR'S REMARKS:  This artifact was made by Claude Sedgwick of Redlands, California and was used by his wife Ruth "Tubie" Sedgwick.
