This artifact is a plaque. It is from one of the Corona Foothill Lemon Co. pumps
located at Grand Blvd. and 91. It was used to pump water to the ranch. The nameplate
on the plaque is off one of the four pumps and has the following inscription: "De La
Vergne Machine Co. - New York - Oil Engine Type: FH - Patented - June 18, 1907, -
D136 others pending 1911." |
