Bullroarer - Wood/String

This artifact is a reproduction of a Bullroarer.  It was used by North American Native Cultures. To sound a Bullroarer it is swung lasso style which causes it to spin and make a 'humming type' sound. This Bullroarer measures 9" (L), 3" (W), and is 1/4" Thick.
