This map shows the lands of the San Jacinto Land Co. Much of the map shows agricultural planting with crops planted 1895. In the center of the map Magnolia Avenue crosses Temescal. At the bottom of the map is a half circle which is most likely the top portion of Grand Boulevard in Corona. This map refers to the area as South Riverside. The boundary of the Rancho el Sobrante de San Jacinto is marked in green. MEASUREMENTS: 52" X 65" - CONDITION: This is an oilskin map and is in very fargile condition. Map should only be opened on a large table that will support the entire map. The Legibility of the map is good. Several tears are noted - COPIES: 1 - MAP ORIENTATION: Top is NORTH. |
