Stamped in red at the top of the map in three places is the following: "Enquire of - Fraser Brothers, - Real Estate Agrants, - South Riverside Lands Specialty, - Main Office South Riverside - Branch Office, 34 N. Spring St., Los Angeles." Printed in the lower left hand margin area of the map is the following: "For Particulars Address: South Riverside Land and Water Co. South Riverside, Ca. R. B. Taylor, Superintendent." MEASUREMENTS: 27 3/4" X 40 1/2" - CONDITION: The actual printing on the map is very good. This map has been folded and the top part has separated from the bottom. Also, ink spots are found in four places. This map has been previously taped and is very fragile - COPIES: 1 - MAP ORIENTATION: BOTTOM is NORTH.
